Eventually passed a semi between columbus and sun prairie - he sped up to 75 in a 55 mph zone and when I was alongside it they merged halfway into my lane, almost causing me to slam into some orange barrels on the side of the road. Whoever this is was either falling asleep at the wheel or playing games in a 40 ton weapon...
