The Rush Creek Reserve is exceptional! It's a subtle yet distinctive flavor that I have only found in my childhood favorite French Alpine raw cow milk cheese called Reblochon. I enjoy it spread on a piece of fresh French bread and with a dry red wine. Very glad to have found this gem Stateside!

What a wonderful treat we had for lunch today! It is so hard to find soft cheese made from raw, non-GMO cow’s milk! And it’s made in the USA! Thank you for this wonderful holiday gift!
