lazy staff, never know when I will get my package. The site says it's been at their distribution center for 3 business days now and hasn't moved. Called them and they said not my problem and wouldn't answer any more questions. UPS really is garbage.

On Monday June 12 I had a driver deliver my electric scooter ordered from Amazon this driver was more then amazing! He rang the doorbell and waited for my husband to get to the door before leaving my scooter and stayed he didn’t wanna leave the package without making sure someone was home!! I didn’t get his name but it was super awesome of him and I want him to be recognized!!!

The staff lied to me repeatedly.And their hours are extremely limited.When the driver arbitrarily decided to not deliver a package while my store was not open, after doing so for years, I have to go pick it up. Between 9 and 10 am or 4:15 and 6 pm. Les than 3 hours of open time each weekday.The staff tells me it wasn't delivered because the shipment required a signature. A lie. The box label did not support that lie, but he was undeterred. Staff says the signature was required at the request of the shipper. A lie. I called the shipper to check.When I said it was a subscription caffiene order dropped every two months sans signature while my store was closed all winter, he says the signature is because it's a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.Caffiene? Whoa, lock up the diet Pepsi!!Another lie on his part.Erratic delivery, poor center hours, and lying staff. One star is too many.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I have been here many times and am always greeted warmly and received great customer service. Gene in particular is AMAZING - so helpful and kind!

Does not deserve that star every time my package goes through Dodgeville before getting to me it takes an extra day making them always late on the tracking website choose any postal service pay extra at least it will show up when it says

Always have had great service but this last year things have really gone downhill. My packages are always a day late, even when I get a notification they are going to be early they show up a day after the original delivery date. I already wait a week to get any packages out here, even from Amazon, additional delays are more annoying.

Every time a package goes through Dodgeville its delayed at least a day. Package is scanned out for delivery 3 days in a row now and still nothing delivery! I'll be calling Amazon tomorrow! Why use a company if they are constantly late?

I get that things happen and my item can sometimes be placed on another truck or something in error causing my updates to show "out for delivery" for almost 2 days but this has happened with multiple packages in the last couple weeks coming from this UPS location. A few times I've had 2 packages that both said out for delivery and only one was dropped off while the other was received the following day. If its an error in scanning please fix this issue. I gave 3 stars because I'm at least receiving the packages eventually usually by next business day and there's no damage to the item as well as the driver being careful with my items at drop off (work from home so I see how they're dropped off from my desk each time). Update 05/31/2022: Still no changes to previous comment. Packages always out for delivery for multiple days. Generic responses to post private messages on social media accounts which I'm not creating these social media accounts just to message on an issue. Providing a more professional way to respond to issues would be strongly recommended where the issues will be resolved is strongly encouraged.

I was returning an item from àmazon. 4 dog shirts. The front contunter guy was rude an in a hurry. I had to call Amazon help line. I had already called the amazone for a return. But didn't know there was a scan code .. I felt really d**** But the lady on the amazon was really helpful compared to the young man behind the counter. The young man new what he was talking about. But rude and didn't know how to help me get the packaging code and said things like it could be expired. And I was feeling frustrated. Thank God for the sweet amazon lady on the help line. I had never made a return before.
