She was conscious of his aches and pains and suggested a two day session. She even came in after hours so he could be alone and feel safe on the grooming table. I stayed around for a while after I dropped him off. I heard other groomers greeting their clients and was impressed with the care, concern and attention they showed to each dog and guardian. As a dog training professional, attention to a dog's well being is first and foremost before I even begin to start a program. These groomers are the same way. I was very impressed. She was incredibly professional and helpful. She talked me through everything she saw and was doing and offered me suggestions and options for treatment. I am very happy with the care I received.
