Delafield Small Animal Hospital is a place where the staff and doctors care for small details. Everyone is amazing, from the students to the doctors. They ask the right questions, answer questions properly, and treat pets with great care. The hospital is very clean and the vet seems knowledgeable. The staff is very nice and takes the time to understand the pets. They are straight forward with the prices and cost can be better than expected. Sometimes the wait times can be long, but it's for good reasons as they make sure to know all the details. The hospital has had great outcomes, such as reuniting a found dog with its owner. The doctors, like Dr. Osgood, are great at explaining what is going on with the pets. Overall, Delafield Small Animal Hospital is a great place to take small animals, despite sometimes being busy.

We have taken our animals here for many years and have always had a great experience. The care for animals, cleanliness, and kindness from every staff member shows how much they value every animal and person! Dr Osgood is an amazing doctor and cares deeply about everyone!

Dr. Osgood is a great doctor! Very caring, knowledgeable about exotics and helpful. She worked with me to find a solution to our pet’s problem, instead of forcing a treatment that our pet would not tolerate. I’m so glad we found her to care for our bunny!

Positive - The vet seemed knowledgeable. The place was very clean. Negative - The wait was unbelievably long. The examination was done in the back, not in the room you are in. I definitely didn't like that.
