“Spun out into a ditch yesterday during the winter storm and caused another car to as well. Called two other shops and got quotes of $600+ to winch both our cars about 10 feet out of the snow. We ended up going with Dicks Body Shop and the bill was $300. The technician also helped me bungee cord my smashed tail light back up so it wasn’t hanging. Great customer service. They’re here to help not rob you blind. If I ever need a tow again I will call them.”
