“I've only been to this location and the one in Hayward. This location is large. It has a pretty large men's section and the men's jeans selection is very good. The staff has always been friendly and helpful on every visit - they say hello when you walk in. They actually helped me find items. This visit I only purchased 1 pair of jeans but the attention and service they gave me, you would have thought I was dropping $1,000. I can't say that about the Hayward location. It's smaller. No jeans at all. I dropped over $400 on fall clothes. No hello no service until I brought up all my items to the two women behind the counter. One took the items as the other rang me up. Barely a smile or thank you after the ring. There was another guy shopping at the same time, he didn't get any attention either. Both of us with an arm full of clothes.”
