I was visiting from out of town when my alternator failed. Because it was around the holidays, most garages were booked a week out, but Eagle River Service Center went out of their way to fit me in since I was only in Eagle River for a few days on vacation. They completed the service quickly, and my car was running great afterward. The staff was incredibly helpful and even had my car warming up when I arrived. I’m so appreciative of their kindness and excellent service.

Excellent customer service skills, great response time & professional.
Unfortunately, I lost control of my vehicle on 12/30. A friend referred me to call Eagle River Service Center. I called & a very professinal & polite voice (Maddie) answered the phone. Maddie immediately dispatched a tow truck to my location. Kurt was driving the tow truck. Kurt was respectful, professional & he kept both of our safety in mind at all times.
I want to sincerely thank both Maddie & Kurt for being there to help rescue me during a stressful, scary situation. It was very dark out, no street lights with cars driving in both directions beside us - Kurt put his life on the line to help me last night. I am very appreciative & feeling blessed that no one was hurt.
Thank you Eagle River Service Center for a job well done 👏

This business is awesome. They know what they are doing, they are accommodating, VERY fair in their pricing, and VERY nice people to deal with. I have had them work on several of my vehicles on many occasions and every time it has been a good experience. If you want a vehicle repair place you can trust and have a good experience with, this place is it!

They should rename their place to the Transmission Angels!
My wife’s transmission blew out while I was in a different state. The people at this company went above and beyond to help out my family. If you want to work with a truly hard-working family business that makes you feel like you are a part of their own family, then this is the place for you!
Thank you so much for turning what could’ve been a total nightmare of a situation into a confident experience that ended with a huge sigh of relief.

Customer service?!?! They don't run their business with any! $4300 for a rebuild and $4400 for a BRAND NEW tranny from GM. Wow! Then hangs up... I would too!

Terrible experience with this mechanic Curt. He told me that my Chevy Equinox was totaled -- then days later said I owed him about $2,000 for work that he had already completed working under 70 West Auto Body.
Yes, without my approval, he went ahead and made repairs. When I confronted him about the unauthorized work, he refused to take responsibility and instead tried to blame others.
Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. If your car gets towed here, pay to have it taken elsewhere (but not 70 West Auto Body). I would never recommend Eagle River Service Center to anyone. Avoid this place if you value honesty and good customer service.

We had a company truck with the keys locked in the cab. They were able to come out quickly and get us back in our truck so we could complete our route for the day.
