Fedup can't walk down driveway to house, they would rather have a 71 year old walk up to get the packages. You are getting paid quite well to deliver, I say again "deliver" so do your job and quit whining about doing it!

Fedex is horrible with their deliveries!!! My packages are either delivered at one of the neighbors, at a gate to my back yard, IN FRONT OF MY GARAGE THAT'S DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE ROAD!!! Awhile back talked to a guy at eagle river office...but here we are. My husband came home around midnight abd found our TV we ordered by the road/garage!!! DELIVER TO MY DOOR!!! AND IM TIRED OF SAYING PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!

driver don't get out of the truck, driver throws the package out the window and the package get burry in the snow

Pacakge wasn't delivered like they said it was. Customer service was not helpful.
