I had a package delivered this morning and had not shoveled my front porch yet. I keep my shovel by the front door, and my driver not only made sure the spot he left my package was clear of snow, but he shoveled my whole porch! Thank you FedEx! You went above and beyond

I posted of bad experiences with eagle river fedex…but now I have to tell the good. Today the driver acknowledged everything and took care of the issue. Very nice guy…thanks!

Friendly staff and good customer service, however, it would be nice to have a narrower time band (if possible) for deliveries on the day of delivery.
