About FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground is known for its excellent service and friendly staff. Customers have praised drivers for going above and beyond, such as delivering packages early and ensuring items stay dry during bad weather. One driver even cleared snow from a customer's porch before leaving a package. While many appreciate the good customer service, some have suggested a narrower time band for deliveries to improve the experience further. Overall, FedEx Ground has made a positive impression with its dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail.

I had a package delivered this morning and had not shoveled my front porch yet. I keep my shovel by the front door, and my driver not only made sure the spot he left my package was clear of snow, but he shoveled my whole porch! Thank you FedEx! You went above and beyond

Pulls in driveway with delivery, which we know is on the truck from tracking and I'm staying there to get package and they just pull back out. Not a word...absolutely nothing.

I posted of bad experiences with eagle river fedex…but now I have to tell the good. Today the driver acknowledged everything and took care of the issue. Very nice guy…thanks!
