Extremely bad customer service! Going on week three with no debit card and the only bank that doesn't print a card out. No one ever has an answer other than "mail is slow" and it's not.

Best bank ever. The staff really does go above and beyond their job descriptions. Moved 30 miles away and it is well worth the drive to stay banking with river valley.

We have recently come to River Valley Bank from another bank. We were recommended by a couple of friends and are very glad we were. We now have all of our business and personal accounts with River Valley Bank. Their service is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable and very willing to go the extra mile for you. The internet banking is great and works very well and is very logical. We're very happy with our decision to change banks and even look forward to going in and doing transactions. Thanks guys!
