Picked up truck and after a week I noticed 2 parts on my truck aren't perfectly aligned and they missed a whole lower piece under my driver's and passenger door they forgot to buff. I also noticed rubbing compound on my running board and rims. Not the end of the world. I would recommend they for paint and body work.”

“Got home from work and found out that the wheel bearing on my truck was going out. We were able to get it to Wilkes when we were greeted by a man named Jim who unfortunately told us that it would be 2 weeks until we can get it fixed. He then listened to the noise coming from the truck and decided out of the kindness of his heart to get my truck in this afternoon instead of waiting and risking it. Jim was a very awesome guy!!! “My family has taken vehicles to Keith at K & D throughout the past several years and he has always been fair and upfront with repairs needed and estimates. My last vehicle was old as dirt and I was rallying for a bit on how much to sink into it versus buying a newer vehicle. Keith always worked with me regarding what needed immediate fixing and what could wait until the next round (since there always was one relatively shortly forthcoming due to the age of the vehicle). Today, Keith went WAY above and beyond during a cold weather emergency I had that was right near their mechanic shop. As busy as they were, Keith basically dropped everything he was doing and did everything he could to assist. He, then, accepted no offer of payment in return and simply offered kind assistance which can be hard to find these days. Very thankful for a boost of faith that there are really good people in this current age.”
