“I stopped a little after closing time as I had a valve stem emergency where air was leaking out of my tire and I wasn’t sure if I was gonna make it home safely. Brandon said get it in the shop. We’ll get it fixed for you. He charged me at regular rate and wouldn’t accept a tip. I told him he just gained a customer. I really appreciate him taking the time to fix my issue on a Friday evening when he probably wanted just to get a fish fry.”
“Traveling back from Madison and my tire pressure alert came on. I was losing air pressure in back tire and was thankful to find Mills automotive. They were so kind and helpful. Tire couldn’t be patched as a large chunk of metal cut a big slit in the tire. Knowing nothing about cars, the mechanic informs me that I should have a “ key”/ tool to remove the lugnuts as they were locked. I had no knowledge of where this would be. Again the lady helping me searched as I called my Ford Dealer and she eventually found what we needed. The mechanic quickly put on my little spare tire and had me back on my way. I was very grateful for their kindness and immediate help. Highly recommend!”
