Talked with the owner...very helpful! We purchased their garlic summer sausage. We like spicy foods and he suggested a couple of their different brats. We bought both! His sausages aren't salty! He uses different spices to achieve flavor. We definitely will be back!!!

Just the best. Way more than sausages (though those are amazing). Lots of sous vide prepared meats with great flavors/seasonings and wonderful owners. Worth going out of your way.
