“This store rocks! Great service, great employees! I was so excited when I found they were carrying Horizon shelf stable vanilla milk and at a cheaper price than Woodmans and Walmart, who decided not to carry it anymore, (ironic because it sold out quickly). Even better, it was on sale! They also have the best fried chicken at a great price, easy meal to take home on busy nights.”

“While this Walgreens Pharmacy location does have issues at times, to their defense they are understaffed and overworked. If you think about it, and how much area and customer prescriptions they serve and have to fill on a daily basis, it’s absolutely incredible.
This is on Walgreens Corporation, not the Pharmacy Department staff per se. I’ve had a few rude encounters, and I do believe that needs some attention. There are people with health issues that come to them for medication and I think that needs to be taken into account when greeting them. They already feel like crap, they don’t need to be treated rudely on top of that..
If I ever do have an issue, I ask for Natasha. Her customer service skills are on point, she cares for the customers, and most importantly she is great at her job!”

“I came in early in the morning to buy some in home Covid tests. I went to the pharmacy and was told to check Walmart as both the Burlington and Waterford Walgreens had zero. Totally understandable as they cannot control the supply chain. As I was walking to the door, a male pharmacist comes running with a box in hand. He told me he saw it in back as I was walking away. They are busy people and he did not have to go out of his way to get it to me. I wish I had got his name because I really appreciate his helpfulness. Most people would not have run across the store to help me. So for this, thank you!”

“I bought a bottle of rose massage oil that had a defective cap and another oil that had gone off and become rancid before I was able to use it more than a couple times. However, as soon as I posted a complaint, someone from Uriel called me and apologized and offered to replace the bottles that I'd been unable to use. There was no fuss and the new products arrived quickly. Now I regret having given them such a poor review because they are obviously a company of integrity and the products themselves are high quality.”
