I agree with Jane H. If you lose regular customers due to your return policy, that will affect your bottom line. That's just BAD customer service!

The Franks in East Troy is awesome. Sale prices are great! Amazing selection for a small town store. The staff is super friendly and the store is bright and clean. It's my main grocery store. I am a frugal shopper and wouldn't go here if it was expensive.
