Incredible visit to the AT&T store in Eau Claire! I got a new iPhone 16, and the service is so much faster than my previous carrier. The manager Blake was extremely helpful and Tony went above and beyond, transferring all my data from my old phone with no hassle. They also shared that AT&T Internet Air is available at my house, and it’s super fast! I’ve waited years for reliable internet, and this is a total win. Highly recommend this store—Blake and Tony are awesome!

The manager Blake was awesome! He was so patient and helped get me faster internet. He even helped ensure everything was working and running. The internet air has been very fast and much more affordable than the competition.

James at the Eau Claire store was wonderful to work with. After 3 weeks of calling and trying to cancel an account due to a relative no longer needing a phone and getting no results I finally went to the store. 10 minutes later all was taken care of. Wish I would have gone there first!

Went to this store to get new iPhone set up and James was AWESOME! Took the time to explain things step by step and was very patient. I never felt rushed at all even though business was brisk at times. He is very good at handling multiple customers at once. I give this store and James an A++++++
