Went to bay my bills. Couldn't go through the drive-thru due to it being closed at 5:15 pm, when it's supposed to be open til 5:30 pm.

Arrived before 5:30 and they were already closed, employees were even sitting in their cars in the parking lot still. Not the first time this has happened to us.

If your drive-through is open till 5:30 stay open till 5:30. By the way I got there at 5:05.

I have been banking with Associated since I was 15yrs old. Now in my 40's, there numerous branch locations offer statewide availability, a huge convenience & benefit when traveling statewide. However thats only a bonus when compared to there best attribute, there staff members. I have been consistently taken care of by a courteous, professional, considerate & helpful member of there team, no matter which location I visit. This is why I have no desire to even consider ever banking with anyone else.

Gave one star because I couldn't leave a review otherwise. Just backed out of the drive up line for the second time after sitting in line for 17 of my 30 minute break. There seemed to be no activity with the first car I sat behind for 10 of the 17 minutes. She should have been told to go inside.way better service on Hastings Way.

Iv been banking with this bank have never had an issue going into the bank with my bank card to get a money order for my bills! Today went in and I didn’t have my id but had my bank card and my online banking on my phone, I know my pin and all the security questions and she refused service so I had to go outside in the cold get the money out the atm! Still went on to buy the money order at a bank I bank at and still refused to give me a money order!

Associated Bank escrowing failed to pay my property taxes. I had to call and email to get them paid. I had to email Associated Bank the bills as they lost them. I had to call and email Associated Bank multiple times to follow-up to see if they were actually paid as emails were ignored. My taxes went delinquent then I was basically called a liar by Associated Bank. On August 2nd taxes were listed as delinquent on the county website. I spoke with the county on that same day at 4 pm and they had not yet received the tax payments. Luckily there was a five day grace period. Throughout this debacle I never received an appology nor any effort to make this right from Associated Bank. All of my requests to waive the unreasonable fees to stop escrowing were ignored by Associated Bank then finally denied. Now I will need to wonder if I need to call and email Associated Bank for my taxes to be paid and whether I then need to verify with the county that they actually were paid. All of this could have been made right if Associated Bank simply waived the fees to stop escrowing which they refused to do.
