Tech didn’t get it when I refused a $$$ balance of a new steer tire! The boss did though! $900+ to install one new tire on a Peterbilt

Great service and friendly customer service. They almost weren't able to get my sprinter van in their alignment bay because of the length of the van with my bike rack on the rear door. Steven went above and beyond and removed the bike rack so it was able to fit inside the shop bay. Sam at the front desk was friendly, answered all my questions and even got a fresh batch of coffee and popcorn going for us while we waited for our vehicles.

Recently, I had a flat tire on the Interstate. I called Bauer Built Tire and Service to see if they could replace the flat tire. Even though they were all booked with other jobs they squeezed me in and replaced the tire and added two other needed tires. This all costs less than what a different place quoted me for replacing just one tire. They also recommended I have the tires "torqued" after 50 miles. So I stopped by on my way back from my trip and they had the tires "torqued" in just a few minutes at no extra cost.

On the road recently and experienced a tire pressure warning light. Pulled into Bauer looking for help and the young lady in the office had me pull the car right in. She checked tire pressure herself and found tires were actually over pressurized. She fixed the problem and sent me on my way without taking any pay for the service. The kind of business you want to find theses days.?

Sam, Jessica and the boys are the perfect example of good, honest professional people. I am an Owner Operator truck driver and the proper tires are important to maximize my trucks mpg and without fail, Sam always makes sure those are the tires that Zach installs. Sam's customer service was outstanding!! While in the middle of vacation we had stressful car troubles and even though we couldn't get in at his shop, he called 20+ places for us to see if they could help us out in a desperate time of need. Thank you Sam for your help and hardwork!!!
