The Best Western Plus Eau Claire Conference Center is an incredible hotel with friendly and professional staff. Guests describe a great experience from check-in to check-out, noting the clean lobby and rooms. The hotel features a nice pool, a bar and restaurant called the Sawmill with great food, and a good breakfast. It is a pet friendly hotel with a good amount of open space. Convenient amenities include free EV charging and walking distance to the Chippewa River State Trail. Overall, it is an absolutely incredible hotel where everyone provides exceptional service.
Overall, this is a good place to stay. They have a very good breakfast. Very friendly staff and spacious clean rooms. The bed in our room was not nice at all it sags very bad.

Staff was wonderful for our banquet of almost 200 people. Rooms were nice & clean.

Great place to stay when EauClaire and do try the Ballroom Bar for the best food quality without having to leave the motel
