“The experience was incredible. After messing around all summer trying to get flooring in the Rice Lake/Cameron area. I finally decided to reach out to Carpet City in EauClaire to see if they did carpet/flooring replacement in the Chetek area.

I asked over the phone if Carpet City had actual sales people when I called them. Jonny Weisner said “I can help you” and we were off to the races. Being a sales/ CS person myself I was looking for quality customer service. I can tell you now, Carpet City is the place to go. From that first second Jonny was on his game.
He came over to our house the first thing the next morning to measure, and show us flooring samples. Being very busy people we finally showed up two weeks later in the store to pick out exactly what we wanted for our 5 rooms.
He had the professional estimates made out after we left the store in less then 5 minutes. Complete with prices and all the costs. We signed to get it done by the end of the same month within a 1/2 hour of reviewing the order. The prices were perfect for our budget and beat the competition by a mile. We put 1/2 down that afternoon and wait for the install.

The install team was as good as Jonny with their customer service and help. Being two seniors and still working full time it was very heard for us to move furniture, work and handle all of this. Eli and Cam helped tremendously. They moved what we could not and finish everything before the three days were up.
We could not be happier with the results. Our house looks fantastic.
