Walked in to open an account with them, they were super helpful. Described everything very thoroughly to me, they were super happy and just all around helpful. I’d recommend this bank to anyone and everyone.

This bank is the absolute worst. I moved out of state and they performed a hard inquiry for closing my account that I had with United Bank for a decade and with CCF at least 1-2 years. I would give a 0/5, but that's not even an option. I've had family struggle with arranging a loan because it switched hands so many times, constant issues with paperwork and documents needed, no support with questions, and asinine advice. Do whatever you can to avoid banking at CCF at all costs. Go to RCU or support other local credit unions with far better customer service and support.
