If I could I'd give this bank 0 stars! My husband put gas in our SUV at our favorite Kwik Trip and when he went to pay for it he found out his card wasnt working so we went to use my card and its also wasnt working. My husband went to the app and found out our cards were randomly locked and there's nothing unusual so our cards are locked all because we needed gas..... We sat there humiliated with our kids as the cops showed up because the employees thought we were trying to steal from them or do some sort of scam. I called my parents crying because we were about to be arrested so my dad rushed to pay for our gas. We've been with this bank since 2016 and we're done. You guys need a 24/7 line for when you screw up and lock someone's cards for no reason on the weekend. Glad we filled our gas before we were gonna leave town to go to the Mall Of America but we couldn't leave in case something happened like a blown tire because we would have had no way of paying for it.

I am sorry to read about all the negative reviews. I do not believe they accurately reflect the excellent customer service that I have experienced. When I travel abroad, all it takes is an email for CCF to make sure my card is not frozen. We have had complicated banking issues and CCF were nothing but helpful. Websites do go down, and CCF's definitely does need help, but as far as customer service and personableness, 10 star!!

This bank is the absolute worst. I moved out of state and they performed a hard inquiry for closing my account that I had with United Bank for a decade and with CCF at least 1-2 years. I would give a 0/5, but that's not even an option. I've had family struggle with arranging a loan because it switched hands so many times, constant issues with paperwork and documents needed, no support with questions, and asinine advice. Do whatever you can to avoid banking at CCF at all costs. Go to RCU or support other local credit unions with far better customer service and support.

I walked into the CCF office on Gateway Drive. I greeted the first employee, and she did not respond. No hello, no smile, nothing. I said I would try someone else. The second individual was very nice and did attempt to help me. Please train all your employees to have customer service skills. I will no longer enter this particular branch for my banking needs.

worst bank I've ever banked at, We have non stop issues with their online banking and they do nothing to resolve the issues. switching everything to RCU!

As a real estate agent, I cannot stress the importance of working with knowledgeable and responsive lenders. Amanda was great with communication and went above and beyond to ensure my client’s loan was approved on time for closing. I would recommend her to anyone applying for a mortgage loan!

Is this place ever open? It's 4:00 in the afternoon and you guys aren't open? It wouldn't be that big of a problem if I could put my money into my account through the ATM but for some reason you're the only Bank in the world that doesn't let me do that.. it's becoming very frustrating!

Still waiting for a call back on why my app hasn't worked since July 13th happens to be the same day as the phone security system was put in place. I tried to get a tech support number from them so I could take care of it myself but was told they don't have one??They sure are making more possible for me!!!

It's a nightmare working with CCF and it always some excuse. The rate we locked in changed and it was out of their control. What does locked in mean? They all of a sudden change underwriting guidelines then there is an issue with appraisals then the title company, totally disrupting our loan process. We're done, it's worth the time and money lost NOT to do business with them.
