“I was having a hard time finding the correct replacement bulb for my salt lamp which I purchased at Earthbound. The staff member was so helpful and knowledgeable about the salt lamps. I was given a new cord and bulb at no charge. They work perfectly. The bulb illuminates my lamp so much better! Thanks for the great customer service!”
