Braydon at cricket wireless was very helpful and professional. My mother is elderly and disabled and was having tech issues. Braydon went above and beyond to ensure my mother got the help she needed. Very grateful.

Cricket claimed I did not pay them money I did actually pay them. I had to get the FCC involved to get any attention from them to resolve the matter. They still refused to return my money unless I turned over my old bank records to them. Crazy considering they had bills proving my payments. They're liars and crooks!

I am elderly and have a difficult time in understanding the language used by cell phone technicians. I was tremendously impressed with the cricket representative at the Eau Claire wi office on March 28 2024 when he helped me disconnect with a previous carrier. He spent more than an hour with me and I switched to Cricket for my cell phone.

Walked in and the gentleman working said hi be right with and lady working would not ask to help us I threw my wrapper away did not even go behind the counter and she said very rude that I can't go back there when I never did and she left when there were people in the store I think she could of helped with others instead of leaving I think that was not very professional like if you ask me
