Previously I owned a business that delta with Curt for almost 20 years, I ordered something through Amazon and a piece was missing, the info said to contact curt directly and the customer service has gone to sh**. It's amazing that everyone wants to point to someone else to blame. Good luck !!!

I guess no one can weld ??!! Finally I bought 2 from Amazon and the 2nd one is alittle better..harbor freight has straighter ball mounts..and no response from Mark..custumer service
