Staff are noted for being helpful, knowledgeable, and going above and beyond to correct errors and ensure customer satisfaction, even studying receipts at length to resolve coupon issues. The staff receives consistent praise for being beautiful, admirable, kind, and patient, even when dealing with impatient or rude customers and high-pressure situations like late-night emergency needs. The store's extended hours, including late-night and early-morning availability, provide a crucial service for urgent needs when other places are closed. Overall, the business is appreciated for making it easier to manage health needs with reliable value and help in the neighborhood.
Why does this CVS require insurance cards every month? Do they lose these records? Do they not know how to pull them up? We never had so much trouble getting prescriptions. 3/18/26: Addition for new visit---RUDE pharmacy employee.

The people that work here are bad at their jobs. They give notifications that your prescription is ready, then when you get there, they haven't even started on it yet. Not to mention the dozens of times they screw up on handling insurance. Seriously, get your meds filled somewhere else.
