Everyone leaving bad reviews ... You need to realize this is a CVS issue. Poor staffing , medication shortages, some of those are due to CVS and choices of distributors etc.. The staff can only do so much with what they have to work with. They show up, dont have what they need, get yelled at by customers ...So maybe consider some of what's going on behind the scenes before leaving your review.

I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I came to pick up my infant daughter’s prescription and pick up a few groceries I needed. The pharmacist first presented me with a 3 month supply of a medication that was only shelf stable for 30 days. After correcting the mistake and even with insurance, my daughter’s monthly medication was over $100. I presented a GoodRX coupon with CVS listed on it and I was told we do not accept this because “we don’t make any money with that” and to just “pay this price because you are going to eventually meet your deductible anyways”. I told the Pharmacist that we do not usually meet our deductible and said I would like to fill it somewhere that accepts GoodRX. He started to guilt me, saying, “well now you are going to make me waste this?” I could not believe the way he was talking to me. I am a mother in my 30’s with two young kids and frequent target for errands. It is unfortunate because of the convenience of CVS’s location, but I will happily take the effort to move my family’s prescriptions. This pharmacy does not have the customer’s best interest in mind and did not attempt to work with me at all. For that, they have lost a customer and I have made sure to inform anyone who asks to take their business elsewhere. Now I will buy my extra groceries at Hyvee and honestly, will pay that extra price for some respect and customer service.

Clearly both tech/traveling pharmacist need a course in GUEST SERVICE!!! I clearly know that this is not your store but you need to approach each person with courtesy. Please don't complain about your job, It's a big turn off. I know how retail works. I've been in management and this is NOT the way you run a business/ pharmacy.

Absolutely incompetent, don’t go here. Unless you’re ok with waiting several days for your important medicine and then getting an incomplete prescription… then go ahead and use them. Will be switching to literally anywhere else asap.

I waited about 25 minutes for prescriptions, which is totally fine. However, both ladies working were very rude and not friendly at all. In fact, they were complaining about their jobs and saying they wished the day was done to other customers right next to me. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We're not helpful when trying to get insurance set up for my prescriptions. My old pharmacy had to do the communication, had to go back 4 days in a row in order to get things right.

WARNING this pharmacy SUCKS!! Long long LONG waits in line because they are always short staffed. Last time I waited in line almost 30 minutes with 4 people in line ahead if me with only one person behind the counter! If you call because you need to talk to someone, good luck because they never answer the phone. Called to fill a prescription and the automated service said I was out of refills and asked if I wanted them to contact my doctor. I said yes and when I hadn't heard if my prescription was ready or not, I stopped into touch base a few days later and the lady helping me laughed and said the automated service is pointless. It doesn't call the doctor or relay the message to any actual person that your doctor needs contacted. So why have that as a feature if it doesn't work?!!! Poor customer service. I will be transferring my prescriptions ASAP!

Very disappointed with the Pharmacist. Very unorganized. Would rather be on the phone than help customer's in the store. Twice in the last month I have waited 45 minutes to pick up a refill.

Stood there for around 10 minutes. No one greeted me; the staff continued working without asking me if I needed assistance. They acted as if they couldn’t see me. Not sure why, the pharmacy was open.

Horrible service. Went to pharmacy and only one person working. She looked at me standing at the counter, said nothing and went back to work. When she finally came over to me 10 minutes later i was told that she can't fill the acne script. I transfered everything to another pharmacy. Fast fwd a month and a half.... now I'm getting insurance statements for meds charged that i never ordered and calls saying they filled scripts. I called to tell them not to and that I've transfered everything to another pharmacy. I asked her to correct the matter. I was yelled at by her and she kept talking over me and screamed at me to tell the dr. My dr hadn't sent them anything. She yelled some more and hung up. Crazy place there. I do not recommend.
