I needed the “real id” before May 7th hit, I saw all the cars in the parking lot and I almost turned around to go home. Walked in with at least 5 customers ahead of me. Told myself not to panic and waited patiently. Within 15 minutes I was able to tell the lady what I needed. She was so nice and efficient. Took my picture in between helping other customers and I waited for my number to be called. In and out all within 45 minutes! This has been (by far) my best experience at the DMV. BRAVO 👏

I want to know on what planet they are training their instructors. Who tells someone during their driving test that they should “pretend” there are people at an intersection when there is no one insight and proceed to fail them because of this. I have worked for the BMV and I’m here to tell you that is NOT how you do things. Especially not on a driving test. They clearly are allowed to make up rules as they go and someone in a higher position needs to do a formal investigation into this office and it’s people. Extremely dissatisfied and hope the right people see this and investigate these hacks immediately. It also involved a railroad crossing and horrible instructions as to how to proceed with that as well. This instructor needs gone immediately. The things told by this instructor are why there are accidents in these situations. This person is giving out horrible information and needs to be stopped. If this is how this state allows these people to operate then the entire state needs investigation.

I was shocked to find a political flag hanging on the the flag pole out front. It was specifically a pride flag. This flag represants some very radical polititcal views that go agianst most peoples morals. The dmv is for all of us please take down the flag

Definitely a much better DMV than others I’ve been to. Staff are knowledgeable and proficient at their jobs and pleasant. I’ve been to this one twice and both times I’ve been in and out within 20 min or less! Happy with the service and efficiency!

DMV's tend to get a bad rep for the humdrum of bureaucracy but I was not having the greatest of days having to get a duplicate DL but the staff member I was assisted by really helped me, saved me even I'd say. Thank you Ma'am. You are truly a civil servant example of what it means to care for your fellow humans. Be well!

This DMV is the opposite of everything you'd think a DMV was supposed to be. Fast, proactive, helpful! Wish I could say the same about Toyota Motor Finance who have been ****ing me around on my title release!

The red haired lady needs to be quieter. She is rude and condescending. God forbid you don't fill something out correctly without her making it a point to loudly make you feel stupid. My father did her job for years and never felt the need to try and embarrassed the people he was helping. The dmv is the last place I want to be too but at least she gets paid to be there.

Drove 1.5 hrs to be told they couldn't do a replacement title because it hadn't been registered in last 10 years. I had all the previous TITLE info. No one answers the f-ing phone. USELESS OFFICE. useless people.
