Great little store with helpful staff with a lot of great sales. They have super great sales and deals on Milwaukee products.Just an FYI - service/repairs is a bit different on the other hand esp with Milwaukee tools. “Milwaukee’s rules” per the owner is “that we they take something apart, we can’t put it back together unless it’s serviced by us.”I dropped a chainsaw off in one piece for a tensioner repair and a quote of parts & labor at $190 later out of warranty, I was greeted with it in pieces. I’ll be finding a new one elsewhere.Please review and read all the signs before any repairs are made. First time ever working with Milwaukee repairs & Parr’s Hardware. I wanted to keep the business local but unfortunately, it was a dissatisfying experience of unknowns unless you read their 10+ signs taped up. Ask for little run down of how repairs work, expectations, and details would be advisable before you give the green light for a diagnostics.

They all the employees are very helpful. And for a small hardware store they carry alot of merchandise.

Excellent and quick service for a bike rack part I had been searching for. Spent way too much time looking at Menards, and I got what I needed immediately upon walking in Parr's. Also, they have a shop dog which is always a bonus!

I searched 8 other places for a dishwasher adapter. Then I was told about Parr's and I was in and out within 5 min. The woman who greeted me knew exactly what I was talking about walked over 3 aisles plucked it off the shelf and had me at the check out in under 2 min. Shows me they value my time and the whole ordeal that lead me to her. Super grateful of Parr's and the fantastic staff!
