The most messy, cluttered Dollar Tree I've ever seen. Boxes of merchandise sitting in the isles. Flower rack had flowers lying all over the floor. Some boxes even looked unopened. The first time I saw this I thought maybe a change in employees or shortage of manager. That was last year. No change yesterday. I'm surprised Dollar Tree allows this. Something is not adding up here....?

Went to go get a few stocking stuffers for my little ones at 8pm and we're told that the system shuts down at 8 so unless I can grab one item and be done i can't shop. The hrs for this store says it closes at 9pm. Never again and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It's so dirty and not clean at all there is stuff everywhere and not like it should be not organized stuff just thrown on the shelves boxes to be unboxed and put away laying around its so hard to find stuff and when you say something they give the excuse it's hard to do when we are busy that's not an excuse because it's always been like this and I've gone in there when it wasn't busy at all....they need to hire more people and have them straighten and clean up the place the dollar store on London road is busier and they keep theirs clean and organized just fine hire more people and instead of standing around at times pick up clean and organize I've even at London road place heard coworkers talking about how lots of customers come here because of how messy your place is here

Lady tried to rip me off at register 3 today when paying cash handed her a $20 for 4 items and still even only got back $13 when the items I bought were 1.25 each. (After she originally tried to only give me $3) If the register isn't over she maybe needs to do something else besides handle money. Be careful when handing them cash.

I used to LOVE this dollar tree. It was my favorite in the Eau Claire area! Today when I was in the store, quickly grabbing two things and going to checkout, the cashier was not paying attention to me and was talking to another co-worker. Because of that, I started looking at the chapsticks at the checkouts. I noticed that there was an opened chapstick and as soon and I was going to tell the cashier it was opened she yelled at me and accused me of opening the chapstick. I politely told her that I did not open it but she would not listen to be. She screamed "give that to me" in such a rude tone and would not listen to anything I was saying. As i was checking out she was extremely rude towards me. As I was leaving the store she yelled at one of her coworkers that I opened the chapstick and wasted it. This is truly such a shame.

They sold expired candy and refused to refund or exchange... also refused to give the corparate office number so I can have this issue corrected... I will never purchase another item from dollar tree again after this encounter... manager is rude as all hell and definitely doesn't deserve to be an employee there let alone a manager...

The guy that cashiers here is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I asked for money back and he was noticeably upset and complained about it. He told me I should just go to an atm and then said that’s the one thing he hates doing is cash back. He also was saying really gross things to a woman in front of me. She made a joke about her card already being in the card reader, and said she just “jammed it in there”. He then said “that’s why your face is so messed up. Because you just jam things in there”. I tried to call and notify the manager but I felt like my complaint wasn’t taken seriously. She didn’t ask for details or my name. She just said she would let the store manager know. I am not trying to be a Karen but I’ve had similar interactions with this guy before and nothing is being done.

There was only 1 employee working. He was doing a great job. The store was packed and the line was long but he greeted me with a smile, made his small talk and made the check out process as quick as possible.
