This service center has a complete lack of communication skills & respect for the customers time. While they completed the work, it was not done in a timely manner and lacked basic communication norms. I will not return to this service center, nor would I recommend anyone visit it.I had scheduled an appointment nearly 2 weeks in advance for 8/29/23. That morning I dropped the vehicle off to have the radio replaced in my car at any point during the day. I was told it would be done that day and that they'd call me when it was done. By late afternoon that day I had not heard back from them so I called to check on the status of the repair and was told by a salesperson that the service center was closed for the day and that I could call back in the morning to check on the status. I called the next morning and they simply told me that they had gotten more busy than expected the previous day and that they would hopefully get to it on 8/30, they took no initiative in communicating this to me and showed a lack of respect for my time or need for my vehicle.After the repair was completed I called for clarification to the work that was done to the vehicle - the statement of work I received stated that the tire pressure monitor system was disabled using an aftermarket tuner. The service manager told me I was wrong, that their technicians would not do that and would need to speak with the technician about the work. We ended that call with him stating that he would call me back by the end of day to clarify - as I had expressed my frustration with their lack of communication ability up to that point. Despite that promise, over a week passed and I never heard back from the service manager - and it took me to call the service center yet again to get an answer.

Beware of this dealership! If you have mechanical problems or body damage, stay away! They had my Jeep for over 2 months and returned it damaged. I'm now dealing with another body shop who is actually qualified to fix my jeep. Stay far far away!!

Like $1800 for a lifter to be replaced on my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee but I wouldn't have negatively review just for this though labor hours seem heavily inflated, a bit ridiculous. After this was done they also said she needed brakes and rotors, this had been done on all 4 corners less than a year prior and there is barely a sign of wear. Obviously seems like just trying to take advantage of a women that is BELIEVED not know any better. I would not recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our salesman Steve Connell was not pushy at all and answered all of our questions and worked late to make sure the whole process went smoothly, as did Ryan in financing who explored all our financing and warranty options. Very professional and a great experience all around. Very high quality vehicles. Would highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase!

Steve Connell is amazing! called and had my financing done over the phone and when I actually went into the store the had found me a vehicle and less than 2 hours away I drove away in my new Traverse! an amazing experience all around these guys are amazing!

Scott’s service alone made us repeat customers. I would come back in a heartbeat. Had such a terrible experience at a previous dealer and they helped to alleviate that. Great car, great/speedy service, and lifelong customer relationship. Would recommend Eau Claire Auto Group and definitely recommend Scott Phillips as your sales rep.

Based on my interaction with two different salespeople, I would never buy a vehicle here. They’re more concerned with selling you whatever is on the lot instead of the vehicle you want.

I do not recommend coming to this location for service. Even with an appointment, it took an hour and a half to even get my vehicle into the shop to get looked at, and nothing was communicated to me about the wait time in case I wanted to get a ride and come back to pick up later. Staff was professional when I spoke with them, but I will not be coming back for any future service.

I had a terrible experience with the service center. My car was in for a diagnostic on a Saturday. I was told I would be updated with result/estimate at a specific time that day. I wasn't so I called the center later that afternoon. I spoke with a salesperson who let me know the service department instead closed for the day, then for the next 2 days due to the weekend/holiday. I was never notified my car would be held. When I explained this to the employees in sales (who hadn't closed early) , I was offered a loaner car at my expense as a solution from the service employee she was able to reach. Eventually the loaner was given to us free of charge with a contract stating we'd have access to it until 5pm on the day when the service center reopened, Tuesday of the following week. When Tuesday came we were told my appointment wasn't even until that day, information I was allegedly told. Which is false as I was sent an email and text on Saturday notifying me I could "check in" for my appointment electronically to see notifications on my cars service progress, the link provided didn't work. We told the service center employee and manager we wanted to take my car out of there as this entire transaction made us uncomfortable. We were called by the service manager approximately 2 hours later and told my car was put back together and we could pick it up. Also that the loaner needed to be returned immediately. I explained we were given access to the loaner car until 5pm that day, as noted on the contract given to us by their establishment. The service manger let me know she was aware and the contract didn't matter as we were choosing to not complete service with them. We returned the loaner car shortly after. My husband met with the location manager who offerted no solutions.

I would not recommend to my worst enemy to come here. As I was threatened by a man named Dustin that if I was to bring my truck back he would then purposely put the wrong oil in my vehicle just because of the way I asked for his name after his service's. I will be contacting a supervisor about this.

Terrible Service department. No transparency in pricing, way over price on "diagnostic fee" at $124 per item you ask them to look at. They will tell you they fix things with a "software update" and somehow make it worse than it was when bringing it in. You've completely lost my business and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear. Absolutely a rip off. You should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers.
