Eau Claire County Humane Association (ECCHA) is a dedicated organization that cares deeply for animals and the community. They are currently open by appointment only for adoptions, surrenders, and resource assistance, with visits to see adoptable pets available on Thursdays and Sundays during construction. The staff were wonderful, honest, and cared about what they were doing. From what I can tell from the lobby, it's a clean place.

They are always happy to help, sometimes you may wait a bit for a response (especially if they are closed. They have reunited my husband and his felonious cat Gravy 2 times now. Picture of Gravy included for pet tax lol
