Girlfriend made an appointment for our f-150, she waited 2 hours for them to tell her there's a crack in the oil pan, told her she needed another appointment for them to do anything. Charged us $100 in labor for a routine service inspection. Definitely finding a better place of business.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new 2023 Ford Escape hybrid from Eau Claire Ford. From the warm welcome I received throughout the process of car shopping, ordering, financing, pick up, and education related to my new vehicle it was service with a smile. My salesperson took enough time to answer all my questions, walk through the features in my car, and much more. In general, I have always had the best service at Eau Claire Ford, whether purchasing a vehicle, stopping into their Quick Lanes for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. or needing some work done on my vehicle in the Service Department. Thank you Eau Claire Ford for treating me like royalty.

We have bought several vehicles and we have always been treated fairly. The Edge we were going to purchase was black & we weren't super excited as we were really wanting grey. Matt did a dealer trade for a grey one and had it ready for us to take home 2 days later. They will go above & beyond to ensure you leave happy with your new vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2023 F150 Tremor, and couldn't not be more pleased. I test drove it one day, without any pressure to purchase. The next day I called the salesman, and told him I was ready to buy the truck. When I got to the dealership the truck was washed and all the paperwork ready to go. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was very impressed with EC Ford & their professionalism. The salesman was quick to reply to my questions regarding a vehicle prior to going in & wasn’t pushy with his communication. When I was there to test drive & negotiate, it was a very well run team effort, eager to help on any way. Again, I didn’t feel pushed or overwhelmed with any sales pitches or info. Eric Foster was my salesman & was excellent. Prior to meeting with him at the dealership, I communicated with Matt Weber & had a positive experience. The whole buying process was made comfortable & was easy. I’d definitely go back & recommended EC Ford to people!

Charles was very nice and helpful. He didn’t try to steer me out of my price range and wasn’t pushy. I had an issue right after purchase- and he made it right very quickly. I would definitely refer friends and family to him. It’s only been a few days, but I am happy with my experience and my car.

From getting to text with a representative on a Sunday evening to invite us to come by the lot, to having a lot of understanding and support to our interests and needs for our new Ford Edge, the team at Ford Lincoln was amazing. They showed us available models, educated us how they worked and what each offered, were inviting and kind to our children who waited for us to make our decision and complete our purchase, and helped us get everything taken care of with a high sense of consideration to ensure we left really happy with our new Edge. I overheard a female manager (Keena?) screaming and throwing around F Bombs at the poor service guys. They seemed pretty young. I would be really pissed off if that was my child. I am pissed off at the way that woman was treating those poor boys. I will not be back! That kind of managing and treatment of staff is unacceptable!!! Do better! Be better!!

I’ve been going to Eau Claire Ford for four years. I just purchased my second new truck (today). My sales associate (Joe Pflieger) was terrific to work with. No pressure, very knowledgeable, very patient, great sense of humor, and one who made the purchasing process enjoyable (not painful at all). The sales and service experiences have all been wonderful (and you can’t always say that when it comes to car dealerships)I would highly recommend EC Ford. We broke down in Eau Claire on our way to our vacation spot. The customer service we received was the best I've experienced anywhere. We dealt with Jason who was the Service Manager. We were stuck in Eau Claire overnight and Jason made sure we were taken care of and made the repair first thing the next morning. His communication was phenomenal and he made it clear that he was going to make sure we were taken care of. He spent extra time with us to make sure we were safe to continue on our trip. I wish we lived closer because I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vehicle repairs. Service managers like Jason on rare.

2023 Ford F150 truck. We had another Great experience from Eau Claire Ford. All the people were so willing to help and answer our questions. Our salesman Matt Weber was so nice and knowledgeable. He was eager to make us happy. And he did. Jacob Polzin was great with the paperwork and explained everything as we were signing the papers. Everyone was wonderful there. It was another Great experience !!!

2019 Ford Ranger needed the Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor recalibrated.New bumper put on and the sensor had to be relocated. The Service Advisor, Corey Cantu, was informed that the sensor would need to be leveled before calibrating.$100 and 1.5 hours laterSensor is not calibrated and they never bothered to level it prior.Just jump in with your computer and attempt to calibrate a sensor that is not level.Who does that?

Recently purchased a beautiful 2015 F-150. The entire finance and sales team were fantastic and easy to work with. Brady was our salesman and he was very nice, easy going and did not have the arrogant, pushy salesman vibe at all. Also got an exceptional offer for my trade-in. Very happy with my experience here.
