Asked them to look over tire knowing the PSI was way lower then just a small leakage and they did what I asked them to do without hesitation only if the dealership I bought the car from in the first place had done the exact thing instead of just putting the tire in a buck of water

I have been having trouble with the front sensors and/or the cruise since the first day I had the Rogue (less than 240 miles). I was told so many things and usually it was the sensors "must be dirty" due to rain, snow and even suggested maybe my car was dirty. Finally I stopped on a sunny beautiful winter day and they suggested that they look specifically at the sensor (not the cruise). The technician installed a distance sensor bracket and grill tape service kit installing foam tape onto grill and bracket over the sensor. The technician and service advisor talked to me afterwards explaining what was completed, gave me the service record and listened to my concerns. The advisor kept my printout of my concerns (now 5 pages long). The technician stated maybe the sensor is sensitive to interference in the air. They were polite and seemed genuine concerned. I requested the customer service number for Nissan and they were very accommodating. The technician stated to let them know if there are any further problems and hoped the bracket and wrapping helps. The AEB "collision" light did go on for approximately 3 miles on a sunny but frigid day about 200 miles after the repair.

Liz is the friendly face you see when entering Eau Claire Nissan's Express Services garage. She is not only friendly and courteous, but she knows how to make things happen for you. Whenever we had car issues, she wasted no time in getting something else for us. She is efficient and practical. What also really stands out to me about Liz is that she gives follow-up phone calls to let me know timeframes. Her communication skills are 10/10!! I worked with Steve Connell on a lease of a new Altima and it was the best sales experience I’ve ever experienced. From test drive to signing the contract took less than 2 total hours. Steve streamlined the process and got me the best deal available, I am greatly appreciative of him working in a veterans discount also. I actually look forward to working with Steve again on another vehicle.Also worked with Hunter to learn all the tech in my car. He was struggling with a new program that just started for him but he was very professional and answered all my questions, and if he didn’t know the answer he found someone that did.100% will be returning to Eau Claire Auto Group!

I recently bought a 2023 Nissan Frontier. The vehicle is perfect and what I was looking for I have own Nissan vehicles for years so it wasn’t hard for me to know what I wanted. When I came to the dealership there was only one sales person available (I should of have waited few day to get a better trained person). My sales guy didn’t really had answers to my questions like I said I have own Nissan vehicles so I knew what I was looking for with out having to ask much. I went home and called back to ask about financial issues I had I talked to my sales guy and he supposed to call me back, well he never did so I showed up after my shift and I had was *sorry I have nothing for you* I said ok no big deal I will wait to hear from you. Next day I called finance department and I was able to get an answer which I was glad and happy. Few days later I was looking for the brackets for the bed to thigh up something in the back but I couldn’t find the box that supposed to come with the truck so I called and ask, after my sales guy instructed me to look at the glove compartment to look I said no the box is not there other so we agreed for me to stop by and pick up a box at no cost. I stoped by and he had the nerve to ask if he could look to make sure the box wasn’t there and I was like ok go for it, the box was no there. The thing that got me upset was when he said well I go get you a box I just wanted to make sure because this things are over $200 my reaction was like ok I spent over $40k and you think I have the need to lie for a $200 part box really? Than I mentioned something about a smell in the hood of the car and asked you think that is normal? His answer was *well we get the smell from all the cars going by * are you kidding me? I’m talking about my freaking new vehicle here. Long story short make sure your sales person is educated enough when buying a vehicle as I mentioned before I’m more educated on vehicles than my sales person that does this for living. I feel like when you spend so much money in a place the least your sales person can do is provide answers without implying you lying or are stupid when he is not the brightest to start with. I could have given 5 starts because service always been great to me, but my purchasing experience with my sales person was not the best.

Came in for an oil change and 2 new tires. Then was told I needed brakes and a license light and was able to make an appointment before I left for them.

Went to get my tire pressure sensors checked out due to a light on. Made an appointment and while it might’ve taken a little longer than I’d hoped, I understand most places are short staffed right now. The lady working was super helpful and kept me updated throughout everything which I found really helpful and I definitely appreciated it.

Wanted to correct and update my review. Wasn’t aware that the wrong trans fluid was put in and the manager was nice enough to explain that and put the correct trans fluid in the Rouge. Car is now driving smooth again with no issues from the engine ??Thanks again and apologies for the misunderstanding.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an appointment to have my car serviced. My repair was going to take all day, so had reserved a rental, got a call as I was literally walking out of work (leaving early to drop my car off) "oh we don't have a rental available now, sorry! We will have to reschedule you to next week"Not a good first impression. Now I have to adjust my schedule again for work. Now mind you, they made my appointment a week ago. They kept on saying that the person had not dropped off the rental yet. Vary frustrating.
