The receptionist or whoever answered the phone when I called was rude, to where I didn't even come in. I called to ask if it was currently busy/if there was a wait time, and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.

I've been going here for years and have always trusted my stylist. Not yesterday unfortunately. I went in there requesting a cut and color. Was very clear to the stylist that I would like a caramel brown. For whatever reason she decided to do my hair bright fing red. I don't care to have red hair. When I noticed that my hair was turning red I stated to her that I hoped this wasn't going to turn out red....her response was uh oh!!!! Why, just why? I went back in today for my "free' color repair. Still reddish, still not what I asked for. Salon manager can't do anything to compensate me for spending several hours there and still not getting anything close to what I actually wanted. I'm now considering just shaving my hair off as this is going to take a lot of time to correct. Long story short if you want to play Russian roulette on the color that you end up with then go there. Side note I've called there district office several times today and no one answers the phone.

Very unsatisfied with this business! I drove my step daughter to discuss her hair with the stylist within the 3 day period she was told. She was not pleased with her cut or color after looking at it at home. The stylist was not pleasant and continued to express that she was happy when she left, it was not her fault and she would have to pay more to have it corrected. What is the point of the 3 days? Then they violated our privacy by calling her mother to let her know she came back in to complain, which we did not. She simply asked for more layers. Is it customary to call ones mother after a visit? Should I inform my mother that they will be calling her to gossip like highschoolers? No, because I would never get my hair cut at a Fantastic Sams, I would go to a real salon.

Lauren is always extremely nice, shes my favorite and i trust her to always give me the looks im going for! The other staff seems to carry a similar attitude. You wont go in and feel out of place because the staff does a good job communicating with customers. The place is always clean and the staff has a great attitude.

I have had my hair foiled few times here in the past. The last past 4 DAYS I have been walking in there to get a foil and I was told on the phone prior to arriving to come in at 6 two hours prior to their closing time of 8 pm. I did that then they proceed to tell me they can’t do my hair. Then the next day I go in and it’s it is 2 in the afternoon and they said the same thing. Two times prior to these two visits, same thing. Talk about lousy customer service!! Never will go there again and I wont recommended this place to any of my family or friends either!!Service: Hair coloring

I had a horrible experience and will not be going back. One day, I walked in and was given a 30 minute estimated wait. After waiting 38 minutes, I noticed there were customers who walked in immediately got their haircuts. When I noticed this pattern, group after group, I decided to wait up to an hour, which I ultimately surpassed and left. This business surely did not respect my time nor cash and I will not be going back.Service: Haircut

I called yesterday to see if I could make an appointment to get a foil & a haircut & they told me to just come in between 5:30 or 6 & they would be able to do it since they don't take appointments. I showed up tonight at 5:30 & there's no one waiting & they said they were too busy. How would they be too busy if there's no appointments & no one waiting? I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Very disappointing.
