My sister-in-law and I walked in to get our nails done and a guy there asked if we had an appointment and we said no bc we’ve never had to make an appointment to get our nails done. And we are always willing to wait if needed but then a lady straight out shouted “we busy” saying that they can’t do our nails when there were literally 3 customers there and one of the workers was on his phone! that is the rudest comment I have ever heard from a nail salon!! Could at least be nice and say we are short staffed and can’t help you right now or something but just straight shouting to us is very disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a grown women!! I guess it’s too bad bc we usually tip well so you just lost yourself some extra money!

I wasn’t able to get into the normal salon I go to and I had remembered that Happy nails was near my house and they were open so thought I should give it a try. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They fit me in when I could tell their schedule was already full. So I really appreciated that. ? Will definitely be back again! Thank you for the great service and fitting me in!

The service itself wasn't as bad. However the older lady that did my nails (I always see someone else when I go) was very aggressive when using the tools. I don't know if it was from that or dirty tools, but a few days later I noticed pain on the side of one of my nails. Of course my first thought was possible infection. The pain lasted a few days and creeped further under my nail to where it was painful using simple things like candle lighters. Basically it hurt any time I applied pressure to the nail. The polish started chipping in 3 days on 2 nails. If you go there, please go with one of the younger ladies!!!! They've done a great job every time, but I probably will not be back.

Jennifer did my nails and did a wonderful job! She was so kind to talk to. It’s a family run business and they were working really hard. The prices are super fair, and I love the finished result.
