Friendly staff! Had a great work out with Tim today! Typically I lift very heavy and he got the job done plus some with way lower weights then I’m used to! Highly recommend Tim as a trainer and highland fitness in general.

I’ve been going to this gym for a little over a year now. Highly recommend it! Great staff! A lot of equipment. It has expanded so much! There is a lot of space/rooms. I have been to other gym but hands down this one is my favorite and I don’t plan on switching!

It's good Jim except for the 24 hour gym the 24 hour gym is very small and doesn't have everything that you may want to for different workouts. There is also a cancellation fee of $40, so if you are canceling say that it is for a medical reason or that you are moving away then i dont think you have to pay the fee.

My experience at Highland Fitness is based on my personal trainer , Julie Robel. I give Julie all the kudos for my progress with my fitness goals. Julie is excellent at creating an individual program based on your goals and physical opportunities or challenges. She makes every session interesting and I can even say fun. Julie maximizes each training with challenging and rewarding work outs. I highly recommend Julie Robel, her energy and positive attitude is contagious.

The gym is clean and they are overstocked with cleaning materials for equipment. Lots of machines to choose from and plenty of space to work out.I jumped in on a Silver Fit class and was pleasantly surprised by the number of people attending and the activity it provided. Instructor Julie is great. She is patient and knows her stuff. I'll keep going back!

I signed up for Highland Fitness for their training classes. I highly recommend Julie Robel as a trainer. It is normally very difficult for me to stick to a routine. Julie makes it EASY. I feel challenged, accepted and leave feeling great.

I joined Highland Fitness in August 2021 with the sole focus to lose weight to fit in a bridesmaid dress. What I got was so much more! I started personal training with Julie Robel twice a week and working on cardio the other days. Julie does an amazing job keeping each session fun and interesting. She is always upbeat and making sure my form is correct. Through the training, I have been able to learn the various machines, equipment, and most of all, feel comfortable and welcomed in the gym environment. The training has also restructured my thinking about fitness, and has me more focused on building a strong body, and not focus on being 'thin'. With this, I was able to also enjoy a vacation with adventure tours, which included sea cave climbing. I felt so accomplished after doing it, knowing the strength training I did with Julie helped me be capable of crushing it. If you are nervous or intimidated by the gym, search no further! Julie will make you realize there is nothing to worry about at all!

Julie Robel is a great personal trainer at Highland fitness. She cares about your health. She is professional and works wonders with you. She pushes you but not overly so. She responds in a timely manner and always answers any questions you have. She is the absolute best!

I love this gym! Highland Fitness Eastridge is the best gym in town. They have great equipment and lots of it, they offer classes, and the gym is kept very clean. They also have a dry sauna which is great to use after a workout. something I take use of that they have there is a tanning bed as well. There staff is so welcoming and always great you with a smile. If your looking for an affordable, well equipped, and clean gym Highland Fitness Eastridge is the place to be.

My trainer Emily is THE best!! Our group workouts are very organized and planned out to maximize the time we have together. She consistently challenges me based on where my fitness level is at—it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ atmosphere. Emily has changed my mindset from dreading workouts to LOVING them! I highly recommend Highland Fitness and especially Emily!

I’ve been going to Highland Fitness for several years and really enjoy the incredible variety of equipment, the friendly staff, and convenient hours of operation. My favorite is the steam room in the men’s locker room. I highly recommend Highland Fitness to anyone looking to tone, lose weight, build strength, or to the someone looking for group training.

Overall the gym is adequate; the dumbbells need a much needed update. It stays relatively clean on the floor. The mens locker room tends to be left untouched for a day or two at a time. The incline bench is crooked like someone dropped weight directly on the back rest.Overall I like the plate weights, they’re all the same, so no discrepancies in weight on the bar, has enough options to work whatever you want and the staff is friendly.
