“We are absolutely pleased with the customer service we have received! When taking out fountain down for the winter the port on the pump broke off in the end of the hose. We had just purchased the fountain (our second one) in April. I called on Monday to order a new pump and discovered it was covered by their warranty. We received the brand new pump today (Thursday) and there was absolutely no charge! Amazing service and considerate, competent representative help.
