It's overall a pretty great store. I've been buying bags of precooked chicken strips from IFD for years and I've never once been disappointed. It's not a big store however they most definitely have a great selection of lots of different great items. I would most definitely recommend this place.!!

I purchased 2 of the bigger lobster tails for Valentine's day to have a special meal for my girlfriend and myself to the tune of almost 90 dollars. I was so excited to cook them and have a perfect meal tonight . I cooked them to perfection and when I took my first bite, all I tasted was a strong ammonia flavor.Then I tried the other one and the same thing. Such a disappointment as we had to throw most of it away.

They do have a good variety of "on the fly" available items. However, it is roundly known that if you shop at IFD, you pay a hefty upcharge. I can verify this, as I shop there sparingly. In fact, I think most chef's expect a reprimand if ya shop at their market store. If you plan ahead as opposed to being forced to shop here last minute, you can save a boat load, but there is something to be said about at least having this as an option. Glad they are here, but its better to plan ahead.
