I cannot say enough good things about JC Auto. Their service is impeccable! With quick responses to inquiries left on there after hours machine. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who definitely go above and beyond what I've come to expect in terms of customer service. We did not have to wait long after reaching out for an appointment to be scheduled and have our hitch installed. A few months after having our hitch installed we were even able to reach out for assistance with modifying a bike rack to make it more stable. They are always ready to help and go the extra mile!

Got exactly what I needed at a great price, They were helpful, courteous, friendly etc. And had what I needed ( and I needed it now). Thank you for the great service. Would've had to wait for a week for a new hitch on amazon and pay more.

A pleasant experience. Scheduling on the phone was easy, the hitch installation was fast, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable and I was offered a bottle of cold water while I waited.
