Adam N 10/10My husband and I worked with Adam Nielsen over the phone/ e-mail as we live 5 hours out of town. He was extremely knowledgeable and had great communication. We drove to get the car and our experience was lights out. He had the car pulled up and ready to go and made paperwork a breeze yet took the time to explain all the important details and answer our questions. The entire team made our experience great. My husband and I came to Ken Vance looking at used vehicles. Ian Campbell noticed us looking around at different vehicles, and asked how he could assist. We explained that we were looking for a used car for our daughter. He asked us questions, showed us what inventory was available, and found us exactly what we were looking for. He was a great help and not pushy to buy something we did not want. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great guy to buy a car from.

Was really hoping Vance was back to the quality this dealership was several years ago. Went to buy a new vehicle. Worked out a trade in and purchase price. Put down a deposit for one that was they had arriving mid August. Called at the beginning of August for an update and were told that now our vehicle wouldn't be built until late August. Also, it wouldn't be available, at the earliest, until late September, it would be a 2024, and we had no price agreement because they didn't know how much the 2024s would be. So, what was our purchase contract about. Got the runaround. Argh. We did like our salesman. New guy (Nate, I think). Had to take our business to Inver Grove. They had one on the lot. Hope we have better luck with their service department. Loved them when Mike was the service manager.

Jared B was the salesman I worked with. He was very responsive to all texts and phone calls after inquiring about a vehicle listed online. He answered all my questions and went out of his way with taking pictures and videos of the vehicle personally for me. I feel we got a great used car and a great price. We just purchased our first car and Max was super attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process! My wife and I had purchased a new Honda Pilot a month ago and we had a great experience with Ian,. Ian was professional and made the transaction feel more personal vs. transactional. We end up working with Ian again to trade in another vehicle for a Honda CRV which ended up taking a good chuck of time and Ian was very patient.

I live almost 2 hours away but saw a vehicle I wanted. Jesse Z answered the phone and right away was incredibly honest and genuine. He sent me a live video of the car and answered all my questions. Between the time of him sending me the live video and us driving up, he noticed some damage. He was very honest about it and made sure he advocated for the dealership to fix it so it looked new. You can tell he wants to do well at his job, but isn’t going to do it at your expense or by deceit, as he wants you to have a positive experience. I am glad he answered the phone when I called and I love my new vehicle! If you can request a salesman, I’d highly recommend him!

My wife and I bought a new CRV last week from Ken Vance Honda in EC. Our salesman, Max Nelson, was excellent to work with. He was personable, knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and most of all, honest. We would definitely buy another Honda from him in the future.E.S.

Tou was absolutely wonderful! He was able to help guide me into getting a vehicle I absolutely fell in love with! He was very patient with me since it was my first time purchasing a car myself and was able to provide me with answers for every question I had throughout the process! I would 11/10 recommend!!

When I first became a customer of Ken Vance Honda, I was very impressed and happy with the customer service as well as the fairness of the deals they provided for me. I had great experiences with my first two leased vehicles (2017-2020 and 2020-2023). It disappoints me greatly to say that all these good things have fallen off quite a bit in terms of my most recent experience, where I was a returning customer, attempting to lease my third vehicle.I went in to get a fair deal towards a new lease, knowing my current car would be sold for a very good profit on their lot, due to the nature of the current used car market. Worthy of mentioning that my lease agreement which had been fulfilled was 3yr/45000 miles, I was at about 30,000 at this time (paid for 15,000mi of depreciation that I didn't use). Their proposed deal did not meet my expectations.I then decided it would be in my best interest to buy out the lease and go from there. I went through the process of financing through Ken Vance and during that process was told I should purchase the extended warranty and gap insurance. Doing some research of my own I found out I was being massively overcharged for the warranty and gap insurance. The gap insurance I didn't need at all. If you are naive to these things like I was at the time, do your research beforehand. They care only about making their commission on these deals, not saving the customer money or being transparent about what is in the best interest of the customer.The worst part of all of this is when I attempted to cancel these extra features, they were of no help whatsoever, and blatantly dragged their feet. I called the salesman to get the cancellation paperwork sent to me so I could sign and send back via scan/email. He claimed he didn't know if that could be done and would get back to me. The next day I called the sales manager asking the same question, he claimed he didn't know and would have to ask someone in finance and would get back to me. Still no word back, so I called at the end of the day after that and left a message with the finance manager, nothing back.Finally, after that weekend passed, I drove over an hour to the dealership (called an hour prior so they could have this paperwork ready for me) and waited for about 50min before I had to push the envelope and demand service. They then informed me all I had to do was send a picture of my odometer reading and they could've sent me all this paperwork via email, like I had originally asked, but no one could confirm or assist with it. I was very upset and disappointed by this lack of customer service.I would advise anyone that is thinking of doing business with this dealership to take a strong look at ANY other dealership before doing anything with Ken Vance. There are a lot of new faces compared to my previous two deals I have done with them and made it obvious that they did not have my best interest in mind. Very disappointing and I will not be going back ever again.

Best car buying experience we’ve had. Work with Jesse, who was great. Not your typical salesmen, tells you the truth and lets you decide. Low pressure. Also worked with sales manger Clay who was also great to work with, made sure we understood all of the warranty and extra options available. When it comes time to purchasing our next vehicle, will definitely go back.

Jared was the first salesperson in months of searching for a vehicle to answer all of my questions about the vehicle details, pricing, and he even sent a video of himself climing and sitting in the 3rd row prior to my driving 2 hours to the dealership! He was welcoming and professional to myself, my partner, and my kids when we came to test drive it and trade my previous vehicle. The person in finance that was working with Jared was also awesome to work with. We got everything taken care of in one afternoon and I left feeling happy with the trade and the purchase. Thanks!

Great experience at Ken Vance Honda. Worked mostly through phone/text and arrived at dealership with everything ready to go. Tyler K was attentive to our questions. The car had just into the dealership and there were no pictures online so Tyler took a short video around the vehicle so we could see it. He has since followed up to see if we have any questions and how we like the car. Would work here again to buy our next car!!!
