I normally shop at Ulta but decided to use Sephora since I was inside the Kohl’s store for other shopping. I needed help selecting my foundation shade and the associate that helped me was amazing! She tried several shades until we found the perfect match. She seemed very knowledgeable about the product line and seemed to really enjoy her work. Highly recommend this store!

Clean and organized store. The employees were helpful, but not overbearing asking continuously if I needed help finding anything. Great experience, and I will shop here again.

Amy is the most helpful employee. I was looking for something it said u had in stock, which she checked her little computer thing and said there was lots. However noone could find them anywhere, and I mean anywhere. She found me an alternative though. Thanks Amy for all your help!!

Great customer service!
Monica was a very nice associate in the dressing room area when I had a lot of dresses that didn’t fit that needed to be put back. I had to leave before checking out, so a male cashier put my dress and jean jacket on hold. When I came back, Monica was the one who checked me out at returns. She was such a delight along with the other evening returns associate. Monica even helped me pick out which color jacket to go with. I had such an anmazing experience! ❤️

I like Kohls because it is organized, and the people are friendly. Kohls has a nice jewelry department.

This is one of the only Kohl’s I go to but they always have great deals and selections (even in clearance!) Most of the Kohl’s I have been to have the same setup so it is very easy to navigate around store to store. So not only are deals awesome but the staff are as well! They are always very friendly so it makes shopping there a good experience.
Another update for 4/26
Hanah and Riel are absolutely amazing! I felt so welcomed and it was so nice to have a pleasant and fun conversation with each of them. Thanks for making the start of my birthday special!
