This Kwik Trip location sucks. I had a pregnancy craving for mozzarella cheese sticks and marinara dipping sauce and they had absolutely no marinara dipping sauce. Instead in every single sauce spot they had spicy honey mustard, BBQ sauce and other sauces that I didn't want. I will never go back to this location ever again.

Bathrooms are always clean, food is consistent, and checkouts are typically super quick (except during peak hours at morning/noon/5:30pm).

Ordered ahead pizzas, get home look at them and find a hair on the inside of the pizza box. Update: Now they've lost another star for service failure. They intentionally don't stock the hot food items that are on special, but make sure the expensive items are over stocked and have to be thrown out (because that's what they were throwing out and restocking, but didn't stock any items on special, as I was trying to shop. And said they weren't making any when asked) This is not the store to come to for hot food items, go to Waterstreet

Got extreme food poisoning from eating a burger here . Was the only thing I had eaten all day and woke up profusely puking and other things…. Fever of 103 and can’t hold anything down it’s been almost 3 days.

TL:DR: Their Cheddar Broccoli Bites contain bacon and they don't care that the signage doesn't inform you of that.So Last week i bought their broccoli bites to try and after taking a bite, realized they contained bacon. The signage shows no mention of bacon, even though their "Bacon Mac and Cheese Bites" had it right in the name. The small sticker with all the ingredients does have bacon listed in it, just to clarify. After email the company about this issue I was told they won't be changing the signage as they are a limited time item. As a person with dietary restrictions, this is a slap in the face, and while I was lucky, Kwik Trip has over 800 stores across 3 states. I was offered a gift card which i received in the mail for $10 to "try another hot food item." I will pass.

We travel once a month, and we always seek out a kwik trip for the best Persians. Yum yumWe just needed 1 thing and ended up buying much more because they had a pie cooler, which we had not seen in a kwik trip before. Ohhh laa laa the variety.It was a very clean, well faced store.My husband laughed at me because I kept walking around, saying this was new, and that was new, like a little kid in a candy store.We left with bag full.

Im an avid kwik trip Goer. I mean multiple times a day I love off these places. For some reason… I don’t know if it’s the location or just the people this specific location is employed by nothing but rude clueless employees and managers. I have had multiple horrible experiences Here. To the point where I decided to go out if my way to make people aware. The manager “Don” is clueless to promotions and deals and himself can be very rude. Both the Th1C cashiers with the dark hair are extremely rude and I try to avoid them while I’m in line. They are short with you talk to you like you’re stupid and rush you. I have been treated extremely Poorly by both of them on multiple occasions. The younger kids aren’t bad and there are always a few nice employees but for some reason this location puts all the employees with 0 customer service skills and the employees who generally seem to be displeased with their own lives and have not a single gentle bone in their body at the registers. There’s a Holiday gas station right next door Sadly I’d just go there (kwik trip is way better usually) but this place sucks just as bad as the people working. Also it’s dirty and rarely stocked.
