Bad experience every time at this location. Never has anything that we ever want. Now I'm losing my cents off/gallon because cashier finished the transaction before I could enter rewards. Good air pump though.

The cashier Amelia was energetic and helpful in explaining the kwik rewards benefits and registration process. I signed up and will be using kwik rewards for all of my fleet vehicles!

Modern and very clean station with best gas prices in the area. Staff was very friendly. Had an issue with the ATMs not working properly for both ATMs in the station.

On September 12, 2024, my husband stopped to get gas and bought a car wash code at the pump. We live about 75 miles away and he was in Eau Claire to pick me up from the hospital. There were no signs visible to him that the car wash was out of order.
Strike 1.
Strike 2.
Today, September 20, 2024, we returned to Eau Claire for my follow up appointment. The car wash was still out of order.
I know...it's just $7. Like, equivalent to 2.5 gallons of gas.
Obviously, we couldn't get our car washed.
Once home, I called 715.835.3432 to ask for a refund or what would they do about it. It was very deceptive.
Strike 3.
I was given the option to drive another 75 miles ONE way to get a gift card so that I could use this in any location.
Pretty crappy. I wonder how many people have paid for car washes there that have lost money this way.
Not happy. Not at all. Are all Kwik Trips like this???

It's a gas station with some food and shopping. Place was clean including bathroom. Gas pumps were easy to use.
