I had problems getting my original test results to them. Spent too much time on the subject and it was orinally in their file. It was filed wrong. Not my problem. I knew it had to be in their file. I had originally delivered it to me. Also felt I spent more time thannecessary to pick up CPAP.

Worst customer service I have ever had won’t recommend them to anyone.There where so many loopholes that they could have got done with my Doctors office was very unprofessional

Good luck calling them, they don't answer the phones. I've tried many times and sat on hold listening to a recording about how much they appreciate my patience and how important I am to them. I give up after 45 minutes or so. Dr. ordered portable oxygen for we a month ago, still waiting! Very poor service!!!

Very stressful environment. They care very little about actually making patients happy. Pushing off any patient to another department whenever they can.

On hold forever after I got the right phone number. Had to talk to 6 different people and still no answers. Poor customer service. Auto ship is a mess. Sent out product and supplies I did not want. For your sake look somewhere else. Posting this while on hold for 17 min. I can't wait for ever.

I watied on hold about 15 minutes and then an associated had a poor connection with terrible feedback. She wasn't friendly or overly helpful. Not a good first impression.
