My father had a virus on his phone. While I removed a lot of the apps, the phone was still unusable. We took it in, and Justine took the time to find the additional apps that were causing the problem. She's great!

Justine and Edwin did an awesome job getting my new phone switched over all while another customer was being hostile. They went out of their way for make sure I left satisfied.Awsome teamwork! The hostile customer was verbally aggressive with both of them and myself and they handled it like pros!!!! You can count on these guys getting you taken care and the best deals in town

Yes, very knowledgeable and helpful... I guess, went to upgrade my phone, got a few free things.. was told credit card machine was down it was an external issue, so I get cash.. was told it's 370$ like ok fine.. left googled the phone online it's listed at 160, so now I'm baffled by the total call customer service and file complaint because, it's not adding up or making sense. Go to get a duplicate receipt because mine was ironically nowhere, receipt says $311... Sorry, but credit card being down, things not adding up and receipt showing a completely different amount I'll never go to the store again I'll drive to Minnesota

I went in yesterday and the 2 ladies that work there, Stephanie and Justina, were VERY helpful. They were efficient, informational, timely, and charismatic. I had to go to work the hour after I walked in and they were so conscious and considerate of it. Best experience I've had at a metro store. The employees made it worth it. Don't lose those girls! Their customer service is on point. Definitely 5 stars.
