We had such a great experience with Holly and Jay! They were very helpful and nice when we were asking a lot of questions! Holly even went back and got us more inventory when we were wanting to get more flowers for our wedding decorations, and she never dropped a smile doing it. Jay was very nice when ringing up 50 items up as well. Might be going back in a few days to look around again… :)

We needed fake flowers for our wedding decorations and Michael’s was the place to go! We had great help from both Holly with the flowers and Jay with getting us set up on the Michael’s credit card to save us a bunch of money. If you go here ask for Holly and she’ll give you great customer service!

They have a good selection and I usually love Michael's but the last two times I've been at this location they have been rather rude about asking to do balloons. The same lady both times and one of the cashier's was not thrilled about the request. 1st time I was thinking maybe just an off day but when I came back again to get balloons for my daughter's birthday and was treated poorly a 2nd time, maybe not. Poor customer service aside from the cashier who apologized for the other's behavior.

Like alot of retailers now they stock some items but not as much as they used to . You have to go online now to see all merchandise
