LouAnn is a warm and friendly lady. She went over everything so there were no surprises. Wonderful selection of not only wedding apparel but wedding decor, prom dresses, and formal dress wear for men as well as women.

I truly had a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress at Off the Rack Bridal World. It was a night and day difference compared to my experience at David's Bridal. Luann did such an amazing job making it so magical. It felt like something out of a fairytale. It was a day I will remember forever!
